hey there! my name is wyatt lee. i grew up in and live in newbury park, california. i am passionate about community, the outdoors, and of course, coffee! i started sagebrush coffee bar as a way to extend these passions to my local community, and to serve amazing drinks to the people of southern california.

I love sweet treats, cats, and spending as much time outside as I can. while my heart belongs to baking, Learning about the specialty coffee world through Wyatt has made me happier than ever. I’m so glad to be a part of Sagebrush and I think it perfectly reflects us, and the good vibes we want to share :)

Our Story
in a fast paced world, there are few moments per day where we can slow down, breathe, and enjoy a moment. At sagebrush coffee bar, we believe coffee should be one of those moments.
built on a love for the outdoors, sagebrush coffee aims to capture time spent atop a mountain peak, surrounded by coyotes howling and sagebrush rustling in the wind. that occurrence of peace and reflection where time seems to slow down to a pause.
we believe that same sensation can be felt in a well brewed cup of coffee, and at sagebrush coffee bar, that is what we aim to serve.
